Bio

Deborah M. Cooper leverages enterprise analytics for strategy, execution, and measurement within financial services. In Fortune 500 companies, she aligns multiple functions (including business development, risk management, and finance) with business objectives by linking information from customer, distributor, and supplier perspectives. She is an effective leader in planning and executing complex projects, managing training and implementation for executives and front-line staff, and driving positive results.

As Vice President of Marketing Applications & Analytics, she was responsible for the marketing campaign and advanced analytics platform for Putnam Investments. With Fidelity Investments, she leveraged a customer-focused data architecture strategy to support product growth to $50 billion from $35 billion, advanced analytics to increase retirement season sales by 40%, and KPI development to align the highly-matrixed Retail organization to acquisition goals. She also served with Liberty Mutual Group, a Fortune 100 company, where she developed a competitive intelligence function and market-sizing strategy to support merger and acquisition decisions for national and middle market clients.

Ms. Cooper has a BS in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from University of Massachusetts and an MS in Corporate Finance from the McCallum Graduate School of Business, Bentley University.
