Bio
Pat is co-founder of ShortList, an early stage startup whose mission is to help transitioning military, and other vulnerable demographics, prepare for job interviews via a double-sided platform.
Previously as VP of Development for Keystone Strategy, Pat focused on rebuilding performance and talent development processes and platforms along with coaching senior leadership. Before joining Keystone, Pat was Senior Associate Director at Cornell’s Johnson School of Management CMC as well as a PRTM strategy consultant and special projects manager-reporting to the CEO. Pat has also worked as an engineer for Eastman Kodak, and DEC.
Pat holds an SM in Management from MIT Sloan and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Rhode Island.
