As Corporate Vice President and CIO for Hologic, Inc. Dave is responsible for all aspects of global IT for this leading medical device company. He has 35 years of IT experience with over 30 years in IT Management. Dave has led and supported the implementation of several large enterprise business solutions during that time and has functioned as Executive Sponsor for Hologic’s global ERP and CRM implementations. He has also led several acquisition integration teams for Hologic as the company has grown from $18M to over $3B in Annual Revenue. Most recently Dave has led the transformation of Hologic’s global Information Services organization to support the company’s turnaround and return to growth as well as their digital journey.

A frequent speaker at local and national events, Dave has served on the Board of Directors for several industry groups. Dave currently serves as Chair for the Governing Body of the Boston CIO Executive Summit and is an active participant in several other Industry and CIO organizations. Dave is also a member of the Oracle and Salesforce.com CIO Advisory Boards. He holds a B.S. in Business and Management Information Systems from the University of Rhode Island.
