Bio

Helen Wang is an experienced and motivated business intelligence professional with a passion for improving organizational operations through analytics-driven strategies. She has been actively involved with the MIT CIO Symposium since 2014 in the international and sponsorship teams.

She has over seven years of experience as the interface between industry and public agencies in the energy and manufacturing sectors. These experiences include working as a strategy and operations consultant at regional equipment manufacturing institutions in China, and as a project manager at the China National Offshore Oil Corporation.

Recently, Helen has been working in the healthcare industry on expenditure analytics, marketing analysis, distribution channel optimization, and revenue cycle management for stakeholders across the value chain of healthcare. In particular, she has had the opportunity to make major contributions as a product manager and senior business analyst at Healthcare IQ and as a revenue cycle analyst at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from China Petroleum University and a Master’s degree in Engineering Management with a concentration in finance and data analytics from Northeastern University.
